1. Why I can not play any broadcast at all ? 

A. You have to get Windows Media Player and Real Player first as mentioned in the radio page.

2. Why sometimes I can not listen to the broadcasts and sometimes it is ok ?

A. The service is most likely out of service due to maintenance or overload. Just try again later and they should be back online.

3. The quality of the sound is sometimes poor and cutting out. Why ?

A. Your link to the internet or somewhere in between is congested(heavy traffic).
